    Nicole has worked in both public and private health sectors and has a passion for educating people and creating personalised plans to support their recovery from injury, surgery and more. She is an advocate for self-management by giving people the tools and the confidence to continue or return to doing the things they love, and finds value in using manual therapy and exercise to supplement this. Nicole loves learning and is currently working towards her Masters, but when she's not at work or studying at her desk, she enjoys baking, reading, listening to music, being active and horse riding.

    Hobbies: Alayna has a strong love for the outdoors and can often be found soaking up the sun whenever possible. She enjoys an active lifestyle, with hobbies including skiing, diving, boating, camping, aerial hoop, dance, and tennis. Always up for an adventure, Alayna values meaningful conversations and quality time with friends and family. She also enjoys quiet moments to recharge through reading, writing, or drawing.

    Goals: Encourage people to live healthy lifestyles that they enjoy, promote longevity by finding niches in exercise. Work alongside people as they reach new goals, try new things, grow as individuals.
