Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to balance flexibility for our clients with fairness to our instructors and other participants. Please read our cancellation policy for the 10-week Pilates and hydrotherapy Courses:

1. Course Registration

  • Enrolment secures your place in the full 10-week course.

  • Spaces are limited, so full payment is required to confirm your booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund, minus a $25 administration fee.

  • 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before course start or after the course begins: No refunds are available.

3. Missed Classes

  • Your enrolment is for the full course, not individual sessions.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable.

  • Where possible, we may offer a make-up class in another group during the same term (subject to availability, must be arranged in advance).

4. Course Cancellation by Us

  • If we need to cancel the course (e.g., insufficient enrolments, instructor illness), you will receive a full refund or credit.

5. Transfers

  • Course enrolments are not transferable to another term, unless agreed prior to the start date.
