Mat Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility, and overall body awareness. It was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, and later adapted for general fitness and rehabilitation.

Our small group classes are held on our beautiful Wellsford Studio; providing a comfortable, personalised experience. Lead by a qualified physiotherapist (Rebekah), or a clinical pilates specialist (Alayna) the focus is on correct movement patterns and function. We walk the floor, in order to help guide your exercise and ensure you get results.

Casual classes: $20

Term classes: $17 / class or $170 for the 10 week term.

We provide all the equipment you’ll need and we have pilates grip socks for sale at the studio.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialized "reformer" machine with a sliding carriage, springs, pulleys, and straps to provide resistance for exercises. This adaptable equipment allows for a versatile workout targeting strength, flexibility, and balance by adjusting spring tension and the angle of movement. It's suitable for all fitness levels and can aid in injury rehabilitation, improved posture, and enhanced core strength. 

We run our reformer sessions as Duo sessions. So it’s just you and a buddy. We can be adaptable as to what time you would like to book in, so make sure you give us a call to organise your spot if you don’t see one that will suit you. We can pair you up with someone, or you can bring your own friend.

Duo session: $35 each - Alayna

Solo session: $85 - Alayna

: $60 - Rebekah - With ACC cover for your injury
